My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were spacious and had 2 double beds and a sofa bed, but they were not cleaned thoroughly, with debris on the floors and furniture, stains on the furniture, and hair in the bathroom. On the bright side, the room design was finished thoughtfully. The service was exceptional, with the staff being extremely helpful and even hustling around to address a situation outside. The location, despite some drawbacks like the smell of body odor and a dark field nearby, was very convenient for dining and freeway access, making it the best part of my stay. The dining experience had its highs with a menu including cheese omelets, sausage, cereals, rolls, and more, but it was nothing extraordinary overall.
While the hotel's location was the only standout feature, being close to the Twinsburg location of Cleveland Clinic, it was overshadowed by various drawbacks. The rooms were small, poorly laid out, and unkempt upon check-in, though there were some positive aspects. The service had ups and downs with staff multitasking but displaying outstanding behavior at times. The dining experience offered a decent breakfast selection but nothing exceptional.
I had a great stay at the hotel! The rooms were clean and quiet, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The location was ideal for visiting family, with lots of dining options nearby. The bagged breakfast was delicious and well-maintained. I do wish the facilities were better maintained, but overall, it was a good value for the price.
