My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were spacious but outdated, with some maintenance issues like mold in the bathroom and low water pressure in the shower. The breakfast options were limited and repetitive. On the positive side, the staff was accommodating and patient with my room changes, and the hotel's location was convenient for accessing major highways and local attractions.
The hotel has a great location near the attractions we visited and offers a hot and fresh breakfast to kickstart the day. The rooms are clean and well-appointed, although the ventilation could be better and there's limited exercise equipment. The service was friendly, although some staff members could show more enthusiasm. The dining experience was standard but included some delicious sweet sausage. Overall, the hotel provides a convenient and comfortable stay.
The hotel is conveniently located on the outskirts of Rapid City, close to the Interstate highway and restaurants. The rooms are exceptionally clean and spacious, although some may find the ventilation questionable and the exercise equipment outdated. The service, while generally friendly and helpful, could use some improvement in engaging with guests. For Black Hills vacations, the location is great, minimizing noise pollution and ensuring a well-stocked environment.
